To boost the morale of the safety, fire-fighting, and security personnel, and to encourage them to work hard and contribute effectively in their positions, a “Face-to-Face Discussion Meeting between the General Manager and the Safety, Fire-fighting, and Security Personnel” was held on the morning of August 24th. During the meeting, experiences were shared, shortcomings were identified, and active participation in their respective work with high enthusiasm, ample motivation, and a strong work ethic was emphasized.

During the meeting, General Manager Sun Chengli reported on the Company’s performance in the first half of the year and analyzed the current challenging and complex economic situation. She emphasized that the hard-won achievements in the first half were a result of the steadfast commitment from each position, with everyone putting in their efforts and striving forward. She encouraged everyone to have a sense of ownership and a positive mindset, treating the company as a big family, cherishing the present, being grateful, and giving back to the company by performing their respective duties well. She also encouraged everyone to understand and be supportive of their teammates, be grateful for their own contributions, and carry forward the company’s culture and values.

I. Cultivating character to elevate personality

Moral trait is more important than talent, and only individuals with noble character can assume important leadership positions.

1. Exert efforts that are no less than anyone else’s. Only those who study and work harder than anyone else, persevere, make continuous improvement, and strive for excellence can surpass the ordinary. Instead of complaining, it is better to take a step forward, even if it’s just an inch, it is a kind of self-improvement.

2. Humility brings happiness and purifies the soul.

3. Reflect every day, examine the thoughts and actions, and make corrections when mistakes are identified.

4. Be grateful for being alive. Being alive is already a great blessing. Everyone should foster a heart of gratitude and never forget to give back to others even a little help.

5. Do virtuous deeds and consider the benefits of others. Everyone should learn to engage in acts of kindness for the benefit of others and pay attention to caring for others in both words and actions.

Through this meeting, the understanding of the responsibility of safety, fire-fighting, and security personnel to protect the company’s interests has been further enhanced, the awareness of service first has been strengthened, and the work philosophy of being grateful has been introduced.
