One year and eight days ago, we held the annual summary conference on 10th January in 2020. And now we gather here once again. Although the number of conference attendees is strictly controlled owing to epidemic control demands, the conference is indeed excellent for its height and contents featuring new changes and heart-stirring powers. This is the best reflection of the innovation-oriented principle of the company. The performance is very good. It is composed and presented by personal experience, and it moves Mr. Shi to tears. I think a lot after watching this program. We all have experienced too much in the past year, and we have deeper understanding of the great changes in the century and the "four self-confidences" emphasized by the president Xi. On 2nd in December, I went to Hong Kong for work. The epidemic situation in Hong Kong is still very serious due to the effects of the so-called Western democracy and freedom. Restaurants and shopping malls are closed, there are very few tourists. The economy has been seriously impacted. When I returned to Nanjing, I saw that everything in Nanjing was normal around New Year's Day. Our freedom and happiness were bought by the central government's clear decision and strict defense. Moreover, I think that it is very worthy for the company to strictly implement semi-militarized management for so many years, which has brought us opportunities for survival and development in the major renovation of chemical industry along the Yangtze River and a platform for the survival and development of more than 100 employees.

General manager Sun made an excellent report in the summary conference from four major achievements to five targets in 2021. This conference also awards outstanding teams and employees in the past year. Our employees need to be rewarded for their hard work in the past one year, and material rewards are only one aspect. What we need is spiritual recognition and respect. The company photographed and displayed the outstanding employees and teems through video, which sets a good example for the group. Moreover, I also suggest that Ms. Sun to record this video on a CD, write a warm thank letter, and send it with bonus to the families of employees for their understanding and support. I think the respect and recognition of from company to employees are heavier than the bonus of 3,000 yuan or 5,000 yuan. At the same time, I also demand to put videos of Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage on the website of the group, so that all subsidiary companies can see the benchmarks. The two representatives of outstanding workers on the stage just now grow up with the company, and their stories are the most convincing. This year, due to the epidemic, the performance is cancelled unfortunately, but everyone should continue to practice. Because 2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, and many activities will be held around July. And you are sure to have a chance to show yourselves. When it comes to work, at the beginning I must congratulate the company on its gratifying achievements in 2020. 2020 is a memorable and impressive year for all of us. The company faced unprecedented difficulties in front of the epidemic, dynamic pressure for work safety and environment protection, as well as challenging tasks to improve quality and efficiency in the changing business environment.  However, all staff of the company forge head together and made pride achievement under guidance of company leaders. In terms of work safety and environment protection, the company has experienced external inspections at all levels and has generally maintained a steady development trend, winning honors for both the group and the local government. In terms of business and production, the company overcomes obstacles and reaches a new record. Everyone works hard under huge stress and finally obtain high revenue or profit. In terms of innovation and management, as a benchmark company in the group, the company makes new moves in innovation and management, which has contributed to the other companies’ continuous improvement and the overall improvement of the investment industrial sector. Moreover, the company also advances in party building, deepening the reform, company culture, and winning glories. Intangible assets and development foundation are strengthened and consolidated. In the evaluation of party branches of the group held last week, Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage continued to rank first, and general manager Sun once again won the first place in the evaluation of cadres of the whole group. You deserve these honors. Congratulations!

Next, the company made considerable contribution for the group to seek progress in stability in the last year. In the past year, the group's foreign trade industry has suffered a strong headwind, so we should be fully prepared for 2021. In 2020, the whole group worked together to achieve steady progress. The total import and export volume reached USD 1.81 billion while the business income was up tp USD 15.4 billion, which are the highest records. The profit index exceeded the annual task issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, but decreased slightly compared with the previous year. The huge impacts from the epidemic shocked our investment sector, trade volumes of two out of four trade companies fell while the rest two increased slightly. Warehouse profits have reached a new high. The company won a series of honors in work safety and environmental protection, business and production, and striving for excellence. You make contribution to the whole group. Moreover, we need to clearly understand our positions in the new year and the 14th five-year-plan as well as new requirements for the development. As we all know, 2021 is the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan. President Xi summarizes the future development in three sentences: grasp the new stage of development, implement the new concept of development, and build a new pattern of development. This is the requirement put forward by the central government for the whole country. And we as a state-owned company, should understand and master as well. What is the new development stage? There are three key point in time, which 2025, 2035 and middle of this century. 2021 is the centenary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and 2049 is the centenary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The intersection part is a new stage of development. In the new stage of development, we should grasp a basic requirement, which is people-centered development concept repeatedly emphasized by president Xi. We should take the road of common prosperity, and we should strengthen our confidence in road, theory, system and culture. The new development concept means that the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing" should be used as the guiding principle to guide and judge our future work. The new development pattern is labelled with domestic circulation as the mainstay and the mutual promotion of international and domestic double circulation. This is a new requirement for China's future economic and social development and our starting point and foothold. Our work in 2021 should also be considered from these aspects.

After the Fifth Plenary Session, president Xi visited Jiangsu province as the first stop, requiring Jiangsu should “become benchmark, set model, and take lead”. The company should implement the requirement in the 14th five-year-plan and woks in 2021. Firstly, I want to promote some suggestion in this regard to Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage. Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage should innovate to serve Jiangsu production chain and endeavor to be the pioneer. We provide storage services to customers right now. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, we should consider whether we can deepen cooperation with key clients and provide them with supply chain services, thus deepening the cooperation. What’s more, we need set examples in the implementation of new development concept labelled with “safety, high efficiency, honesty, and win-win relationship”. We rank top in Jiangsu hazardous chemicals storage industries, especially in industrial standardization. ; If we can turn the company  into a demonstration company in the next five years, then we don't need to worry about our survival in Taizhou and along the Yangtze River any more. We must strive for the industrial status and living space with our sweat. More importantly, Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage must take the lead inside of the company or in the whole province regarding mutual construction and sharing, democratic management, party building, and other perspectives of modern company management mechanism. There’s no doubt for the company to embrace a brighter future if we could achieve this goal.   

Second, we must strengthen work safety and environment protection in a deeper level to ensure the sustainable development of the company. Tank truck uploading and downloading standardization is a good example of warehouse innovation, and we are waiting anxious to see the second successful case in the 14th five-year-plan. No accident is allowed in work safety and environment protect. “Past achievement is history.” In the new year, we need to stand fast to our position and accomplish our tasks earnestly.

Third, we need to persist in business innovation and management upgrading to ensure stable growth of business scale. More incomes and profits bring higher salaries for employees. We would enjoy better development space as long as we reach the target. General manager Sun has written annual target in her work plan. Everyone needs to work hard together not only achieve the target but also exceed the business volume of 2019. This is progress in stability.

Finally, we should keep promoting the integrated development of party construction of state-owned company, work safety and environment protection, as well as business activities. We need to establish three benchmarks for the high-quality development of state-owned companies. In addition, we may also drive the continuous improvement of other subsidiary companies of the group with our achievement in these three sectors.  

Every year, the annual summary conference would inspire and encourage us. I hope that every employee of Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage could feel the recognition and praises from the group, and create stronger and more united powers for higher achievement, which is very critical for the company, Without progressive willpowers, the company may never step forward.
