Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage organized the training of “safety laws and regulations, safety management system, and safety accountability” on 26th in February. Huang Guangfu, the general engineer, hosted the training and Chen Kaijian, the safety manager, made the lecture. Company leaders, department cadres, and administrative staff attended the training.

General engineer Huang firstly introduced the origins of national work safety guidance and targets of the company at the first part of the training. He highlighted that abiding by safety laws and regulation, safety management system, and safety accountability is not only the demand for healthy development of the company and the premise of risk prevention, but also effective methods to manage employees.   

In the next part of the training, Chen Kaijian illustrated the recent changes of laws and regulation about work safety based on the actual condition of the company. Real cases and pictures were used to explain key clauses of laws and regulations in detail. He also analyzed the in-depth requirements based on training, rehearsals, inspections, and other useful methods of the company. Moreover, the training used the form of PPT to ask questions and many participants volunteered to answer, which created strict but relaxing atmospheres and yielded sound results. In order to improve the training quality and deepen employees’ understanding about “safety laws and regulations, safety management system, and safety accountability”, the company set warming-up exercises and tests on the “five-in-one” information platform.
