In order to facilitate the implementation of group investment section works and further build consensus among subsidiary and related companies, vice president Shi Xianzhao proposed and investment sector organized work promotion conference with the theme of “compare to find defects and continue to promote development” was organized by in Tangshan Nanjing from 1st to 2nd in March. This conference would be a good beginning of the year. Group leaders, 6 subsidiary companies of the investment sector, and representatives from investment department and safety committee attended the conference. Professor Jiang Chunyan who is a doctoral supervisor from Nanjing University Business School made a lecture of “company management”. Professor Jiang illustrated the profound company management knowledge into interesting stories easy to understand. She highlighted that “facing reality and solve problems” is the basic principle of company management. In the aspect of company culture construction, professor Jiang explained comprehensively from four levels—entrepreneur culture, team culture, employee sharing culture and ecological circle culture. She pointed out that the core of company culture is to "reward contributor". The lecture lasted for more than two hours and benefited the participants a lot.

Vice president Shi conveyed the conference spirit of central government and Jiangsu province and led participants learn the speeches made by chairman Huang Hongliang on the investment sector member company summary conference in the beginning of this year. Vice president Shi commented on the reports and proposed new requirement for the next year. He required Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage to
1. Avoid arrogance or complacency. The company must remain modest, cautious, patient, and earnest. And it must carry forward the fighting will and hard-working attitudes. Everyone in the company need to keep the “two musts” in mind and never cross the red line of work safety and environment protection.
2. Uphold the banner of “people-orientation”. The company should come up with new ideas after the success in the construction and reform of industrial worker teams so that employees could enjoy the more fruits of company development.
3. Seize opportunities. The company should maintain good relationship between local government and promote the listing plan with Litian P&C Terminal.
Chair Huang pointed out in the conference that companies of investment sectors made remarkable achievement since the start of “compare to find defects and continue to promote development” campaign. However, there were still huge gaps in the development stage. Consequently, this conference should once again “mobilize, implement, and advance” the campaign in order to lay a solid foundation for the targets in the new year.
