In the morning of 24th March, Jiangsu Federation of Trade Union, Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Jiangsu Province, Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu, Jiangsu Enterprise Confederation, and Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce held 2021 Jiangsu Collective Negotiation “Spring Centralized Offer” Conference and Promotion Conference to Improve All-Industry Workers Compensation Incentive Mechanism in Changzhou. Chen Jian, deputy director of Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Jiangsu Province, Jing Liangqiang, deputy chairman of Jiangsu Federation of Trade Union, and Li Xiaolin, deputy chairman of Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the conference. Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage made a report as the representative of “multi-level salaries” pilot companies.
Taizhou “multi-level salaries” collective negotiation mechanism refers to that the salary standards are decided by position evaluation, employee personal capabilities, and working performance. Taizhou Gaogang District Federation of Trade Union firstly established this mechanism, and it was introduced on the conference of construction and reform of industrial worker teams organized by All-China Federation of Trade Union.
At the conference, Sun Chengli, general manager of Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage, gave a report entitled Implement Safety Multi- Level Negotiation to Escort Company Development on behalf of the company, and shared the experience and practice of the company's construction and reform of industrial worker teams. By setting up safety qualification promotion awards, investing more in work safety "golden ideas" awards, implementing work safety credit system for all employees, and honoring "monthly star", the company formulated a wage system with its own characteristics, which effectively promoted the safe development of the company and the empowerment and growth of the workforce.
