Recently, the company passed the review of SGS and acquired ISO45001 certificate of occupational health and safety management.

As the first ISO occupational health safety standards worldwide, ISO45001:2018 was designed to guide enterprises to offer healthy and safe working environment for employees, other personnel, prevent death, injuries, and health problems, and keep improving occupational health performance. 

SGS expert launched the ISO45001:2018 first-stage application review, the ISO45001:2018 second-stage application review, ISO9001 annual review, and ISO14001 annual review on 15th in January and from 10th to 12th in March. Company leaders and relevant departments attach great importance to this review. General engineer Huang Fuguang, general manager assistant Mao Li, secretary of the board of directors Yan Li and relevant responsible department leaders warmly received the review experts, while relevant departments actively cooperated with the review. The expert group carefully inspected the company's compliance management and on-site operation by checking the records, on-site inspection, and communication and inquiry. They fully affirmed the company's occupational health and safety management system, and recognized that the storage management system was orderly, effective and powerful. In the end, the expert team agreed the company to pass ISO45001:2018 application review, ISO9001 annual review, and ISO14001 review. At the same time, in view of the shortcomings found in the audit, the audit experts put forward specific improvement suggestions at the last meeting.

Based on this opportunity of review, Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage would draft detailed improvement plan in accordance to the “three ones” principle (“three ones” principle means one spirit for progress and exploration, one continuously-evolving system, and one highly effective team). The company appointed person in charge of different tasks to ensure that every piece of work would be truly implemented.
