Recently, Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage launched the collaborative construction of “double zero” departure platform by equipment maintenance section and departure platform section. Members of general manager office and representative from all departments participated in the ceremony.
General engineer Huang Fugong introduced the contents of “double zero” collaborative construction plan. In response of the “compete to find the gap and continue to improve” campaign organized by group investment department and in order to mobilize front-line workers to participate, equipment maintenance section and departure platform section would together start the collaborative construction of “double-zero” departure platform themed by “zero error in operation and zero default of equipment” which lasted for one year. With the collaborative construction plan, the two sections would help each other in works and forge ahead together, thus creating a win-win relationship. And the equipment would stay in good condition while the departure platform’s safety was also guaranteed. The two sections would abide by the principle of “reveal contradiction, figure out rules, embrace the reality, and solve problems”. They would learn in competition and comparison, exchange working experience, research specific topics, and offer technical guidance with the other. Employees in both sections would improve their operation skills and standardize equipment operation. Team building, work performance, and management capabilities would also improve. As a result, errors and defaults would finally disappear.
On the launching ceremony, Wang Wei, head of the equipment maintenance section, and Chen Jun, head of departure platform section, made speeches and stated their determination. They shared their understandings about “double-zero” collaborative construction, and also talked about their actions in the future as well as their expectations to the other section.
General manager Sun Chengli proposed the following demands.
First, the company must attach great importance to the construction of the departure platform, for the departure platform was the place with the greatest safety risk at present. In 2021, equipment and facilities of the departure platform and the operation standardization must have a leap forward. The company would do everything possible to eliminate and potential problems of operators and equipment, and eventually win the tough campaign of zero error and zero defect.
Second, related sections should strictly implement the collaborative construction plan to ensure that the targets results were achieved as scheduled. Heads of the two sections were the first responsible persons, and the heads of operation groups are the second responsible persons. They must completely and comprehensively implement in sync with plan; The two sections should organize special seminars, break down the tasks on monthly basis or weekly basis, and advance the progress in the coming year.
Third, the company was going to carry out special supervision and assessment. At the one year anniversary of the collaborative construction of “double zero” departure platform, it would be necessary to organize a sharing meeting to assess the performance in the last year, reward the superior and punish the inferior.
