Talking about the “three innovations and four transformation” of the 14th five-year-plan of the company, general manager Sun underlined that science and technology innovation, service innovation, and management innovation, and science and technology innovation relied on everyone attending the trainings. To promote service and management innovation, the company must put the science and technology innovation at the very first place.

Later, general manager Sun led participants to study the Xiangjiang Campaign, Yan'an Rectification Movement and important speeches of the president Xi. As a responsible state-owned enterprise and as party member cadres who never forgot where we started and always braved to undertake great missions, it would be very necessary to follow the command in all directions and prevent any deviation in ideology, politics and actions with coherent pace. Everyone in the Technology Center should rely on science instead of making decisions based on unproved instincts. They should add their own thoughts properly on the basis of science, listen to and accept other people's ideas, and avoid rigidly sticking to the existing rules. In the context of consistently-developing technology and equipment is constantly innovating, everyone must keep learning at all times. Only by constantly learning, researching and thinking could the company build a high-level and innovative talent team and realize the high-quality development. General manager Sun stressed that the company should learn from history, get ready for the challenges in our mind, and keep up with the pace. Facing the great pressure, every valve of work safety should be tightened tighten every screw of epidemic prevention and control.
