On October 19th, Jiangsu Joc Chemical Storage Co., Ltd. invited Jc Master Law Office for special training on compliance and management in order to further enhance employees' awareness of compliance management and firmly establish risk awareness. General manager Sun Chengli emphasized on the trainings that Mr. Li Yuanyang, who is not only the outside director of the company but also the director of security and futures committee of Jiangsu Lawyers Association, attached great importance to the compliance management development of Jiangsu Joc and attended the training himself. Compliance is very important for the company and plays a vital role in every part of management and operation. At present, the compliance awareness of employees needs to be strengthened, the professionalism is not enough, and the company management needs to be further optimized, and the rules and regulations need to be further improved. Therefore, the compliance management training was of great significance to the company.

This training was given by lawyer Shao Yujuan. There were four key parts of the training, which were the implementation background of compliance management, key points of compliance management, the power temptation faced by compliance management, and the operation and guarantee of compliance management. Lawyer Shao explained the importance of compliance management in combination with typical cases of compliance failure. Moreover, she also introduced laws, regulations and policies related to compliance management, as well as the differences between compliance and audit risk control. During the training, the participants employees actively asked questions based on actual situation of their positions.
