On the eve of Labor Day, April 28, to effectively carry out the safety production, environmental protection, and epidemic prevention and control during the holiday period, on the basis of the comprehensive inspection and self-correction by three groups and departments in the early stages, Sun Chengli, Party Branch Secretary, General Manager, and Security Committee Director, led all members of the Security Committee conducted a comprehensive inspection once again.
At the inspection arrangement meeting, Safety Director Sun Guangguan reported the results of the preliminary inspection conducted by the three teams, clarifying the focus and requirements of this comprehensive inspection.
The inspection team conducted a thorough inspection into the administrative office area, public engineering stations, tank areas at the departure platform, hazardous waste temporary storage warehouses, sewage and waste gas treatment stations, SGS outsourcing departments, including areas such as commuting buses, restaurants, and kitchens, canteen gas safety use, distribution rooms, fire pump stations, SGS, public engineering stations, departure platform, solid waste storage rooms, tank areas, sewage treatment stations, emergency material warehouses, etc. The team carefully identified potential safety hazards at every risk point, such as potential production safety accidents, and ensure that there are no gaps or blind spots in the inspection process.
After the inspection, Safety Director Sun Guangguan reported the problems found in the preliminary self-inspection and this comprehensive inspection and clarified the rectification plan, time limit, and responsible person for the existing problems.
Sun also stressed that although the Labour Day holiday lasted five days, there was no "holiday" for safety. Through this safety inspection, existing problems and shortcomings were found, safety precautions were further strengthened, and the "double lines of defense" for epidemic prevention and control and safe production were firmly formed. Firstly, we must strengthen safety consciousness by improving daily safety inspections and being more careful during holidays; Secondly, it is necessary to strictly implement safety production responsibilities. All departments should promptly rectify any problems found during inspections. For those that cannot be rectified in a short period, safety prevention measures should also be implemented. The Safety and Environment Department should compile a list of problems and check regularly to form a closed check loop; Thirdly, we need to strictly operate according to regulations. Recently, even due to the significant impact of the epidemic, production operations and technical transformation construction cannot be rushed, or take shortcuts. Safety must always be the priority, and those that should be slowed down must be slowed down.
