On July 27th, Sun Chengli, Party Branch Secretary and General Manager, led a group of over 40 members including Party members, and key management personnel from various departments to visit our sister company, Litian P&C Terminal, for learning and exchange on improving first-class management.
Our team, guided by Chen Ying, Yin Pinghua, Deputy General Managers of Litian, and other key management personnel, visited the archives room, employee duty lounge, self-service restaurant, automated warehouse, departure platform, cabin cleaning station, on-site dispatch room, employee study room, and other places in sequence. During the visit, we occasionally consulted and communicated with the staff of Litian regarding issues of concern.
After the group visit, the visitors had close and in-depth communication and learning with the corresponding departments of Litian. In the four years since the reform of Litian, management concepts, innovative safety management, and employees' spiritual style have undergone significant changes, resulting in an "acceleration" of development. We were impressed and gained a lot of insights through this on-site visit and experience introduction. In addition, we have gained a deeper understanding of the advanced experience and practices of Litian in bench-marking and improving management. Based on our actual situation, we aim to identify gaps, develop potential, motivate, and fill in shortcomings.
